Yes, but no returns without prior authorization. All items must be returned with all original packing,, warranty cards and in saleable condition. All returns must be within 7 days. Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable, no exceptions. Items purchased with free shipping promotion will be refunded less published UPS shipping rates.
All K9, Circuiteer, Electro Groom and Rapid Groom products will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
