How quickly will my K9 Dryer order ship?

All New K9 Dryers ship within 3 days. Free Shipping UPS Ground 48 Contiguous States on dryers only.

Can I return my dryer if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, but no returns without prior authorization. All items must be returned with all original packing,, warranty cards and in saleable condition. All returns must be within 7 days. Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable, no exceptions. Items purchased with free shipping promotion will be refunded less published UPS shipping rates.

All  K9, Circuiteer, Electro Groom and Rapid Groom products will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

All dryer and clipper repair parts are not returnable.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All special orders (220v clippers or dryers) are not returnable.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free standard ground shipping on all dryer models orders destined to  the continental United States. For parts orders or expedited shipping, rates vary depending on your location. You’ll be able to see the shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.

Can I finance my purchase?

We currently don’t offer financing options directly, but we accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options to make your purchase convenient and flexible.
